Matt came out on a Saturday and determined a switch was bad but was able to get the AC unit up and running until he is able to replace it. He also took a copy of our warranty plan and is going to contact Trane to varify that parts and labor should be covered. He was very knowledgable, polite and explained everything so that is was easy to understand. Thanks again.
